Kurt Beard

Kurt Beard is the Procurement and Dispatch Specialist at Braden Business Systems in Fishers, Indiana. He is in charge of reducing costs on Information Technology purchases to increase profit and customer satisfaction. Kurt has worked in multiple industries and companies of all sizes which gives him a unique and helpful operations perspective. He has worked in construction, Real Estate, Information Technology, and retail as well as helped business owners in other industries achieve growth goals. He has operations experience and sales experience across the multiple industries and uses those skills to approach challenges and opportunities in his career. He uses his wide range of industry experience to provide relevant ideas to succeed in his career. While overseeing multi-state construction companies Kurt streamlined operations. He successfully modernized the sales and operation systems at two companies. He completed an initiative to move sales and production from using pen and paper to using Excel Workbooks and then onto a database that he custom designed for multi-million-dollar storm restoration companies. After overseeing a multi-state construction company, he worked in fast paced retail and business coaching. He developed a real restate social media campaign, designed a rental listing website, and created a home inspection and purchase evaluation mobile app for assessing the purchase of potential rental properties. The app reduced inspection time and increased investor satisfaction by streamlining the inspection process providing more accurate information and reducing time in the field. Kurt is currently the Procurement and Dispatch Specialist at Braden Business Systems. He has significantly improved to Service Level Agreement compliance to help drive increased customer satisfaction. He has fostered improved vendor relationships to help increase project profitability. In his spare time Kurt works with local political candidates to help them communicate policy values, prepare for debates and panel discussions. He has two wonderful children who keep him busy and outside enjoy the sunshine.

On a personal note I love being outdoors, whether it's tossing the football with my son, bouncing the basketball with my daughter, reading a good book, or playing Disc Golf. When the weather won't allow him to be outside he enjoys designing LEGO MOCS (My Own Creations) and making other art with his kids.
